The location is excellent, being in a very nice residential area not far from various tube stations in the city centre. The service provided a welcome drink upon arrival and the room amenities, such as heating, were top-notch. The shared kitchen and dining bar/lounge area were impressive, and the snack bar was a great addition for a quick bite. The staff had sent a request for a lower bunk bed prior to my arrival and they managed to resolve the situation in a very professional manner. The hospitality could use some improvement, but overall, the facilities were great, including the Wi-Fi, lift. The 24-hour reception and security added to the convenience. It's worth noting that this place is wheelchair accessible and strictly no pets or smoking are allowed on site. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
